SuperLoader™ Light-Duty

BAI’s SuperLoader™ is available as a light-duty unit for facilities that process smaller volume. Efficiently load five to ten containers a day with this small, yet mighty, SuperLoader™.

The Light-Duty SuperLoader’s small footprint is versatile. The 24” spout and smaller body easily mount to an optional stand to allow for easy maneuvering with a fork truck or hand lift.

The 25HP motor with variable speed drive moves 170-200 tons/hour. Unit can be powered by TEFC, hydraulic or explosion proof motors. Fill 40-foot containers in 20 minutes with the light-duty unit.

SuperLoader™ Portable

BAI’s SuperLoader™ is available in dual axle portable units for businesses that span multiple locations. The strong tubular steel frame trailer raises the SuperLoader™ to the desired height for loading and lowers it for storage and transport.

Easy install and operation keep the portable units engaged. The SuperLoader™ is versatile allowing for multiple aggregate usage at different sites within the same day.

SuperLoader™ Flat Storage

BAI’s SuperLoader™ is available as a unit for high volume loading of temporary storage. Newly tested and engineered, this modification fills flat storage bunkers in a fraction of the time.

Need more storage? Why not use what you already have? By adding this unit to your existing flat storage you will increase utilization. Example: Michigan Ag (test site = 160’ x 300’) estimates an increase of 23.4%. Storage capacity will increase from 14,000 tons to 17,280 tons. Assuming there are 75 lbs./bu, Michigan Ag will be able to store about 87,500 more bushels. Savings is subject to the material handled and size of the facility.
